These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Boland Contracting’s services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Service Provision: Boland Contracting provides construction, handyman, remodeling, and maintenance services. The scope of each project, including costs, timeline, and responsibilities, will be outlined in a mutually agreed contract before work begins.
Payments: Payment schedules are agreed upon before the commencement of services. Late payments may lead to work stoppages or additional fees. Payment must be made in the form specified in the service contract.
Warranties: We provide a warranty for our workmanship and any materials used, as specified in the individual service contract. Warranty claims are subject to evaluation.
Limitations of Liability: We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide access to the worksite as required and ensure the environment is safe for our workers. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing.
Amendments: Boland Contracting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with updates effective once posted on our website.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
